Policy GS2 Strategy for homes
Policy type: Strategic
To ensure our minimum housing requirement is met, the MK City Plan 2050 will provide for between 53,245 and 63,000 new homes over the period 2022-2050 across Milton
Keynes. In line with our spatial strategy within Policy GS1, new homes will be delivered in accordance with the locations set out in Table 1.
